We are a venue only events location, all of our offerings are based on facility use.

When you book our venue, book with confidence. You get exclusive use of our property. While our property is vast with 60 acres, you are the only event booked for that date. Unlike many other venues, there will be no other activities, visitors or tours happening on your date. You get exclusive use of the property.

WEEKEND RENTAL
Our all-inclusive package

Facility use for two days. Ideal for the Client who wishes to set up rentals and decorations, and host a rehearsal the day before their event

  • Exclusive use of our facility includes our heated, indoor timber frame 3,000 sqft great room, flushing restrooms (includes ADA compliant handicap), and warming kitchen

  • Getting ready loft with private bathroom

  • *Coming in 2026 - spacious bridal lounge on the ground floor with direct access to ceremony 

  • Outdoor ceremony area with mountain views

  • Facility accommodates up to 150 guests

  • Mandatory 10pm quiet hour, with 10pm to 11pm designated for tear down

  • Parking onsite for up to 150 guests

  • Tables and Chair Rentals

    • twenty 5' round tables (60") for dining

    • six 8' banquet tables (fitted black spandex tablecloth available)

    • two 6' banquet tables (fitted black spandex tablecloth available)

    • 150 chairs

TWO DAY RENTAL

Ideal for weddings:

  • available 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, each day

$7,000.00 + $500.00 security deposit

HOURLY RENTALS

For smaller private events looking for weekday events for just a few hours, we offer hourly rentals. This is ideal for birthday parties, business meetings, church meetings, retreats, seminars and more! 

Our weekday facility rental includes:

  • Exclusive use of our indoor timber frame 3,000 sqft great room in our barn, flushing bathrooms and kitchen

  • Parking onsite for up to 150 guests

  • Inquire about hourly rental rates, plus a required $250.00 cleaning fee

Please inquire with specific details about your event so we can provide a quote. Please note that hourly rates are not available for weddings

Tear down of our table and chair rentals - $750.00

​Set up the tables and chairs that you rent from us as you would like them to be set. After your event, we will tear them down and put them away where they belong.

Cleaning Lady Service - starting at $325.00
