GET EXCLUSIVE USE OF OUR PROPERTY

When you book our venue, book with confidence. You get exclusive use of our property. While our property is vast with 60 acres, you are the only event booked for that date. Unlike many other venues, there will be no other activities, visitors or tours happening on your date. You get exclusive rental use of the property, keeping in mind that our family lives onsite.

ONE DAY ALL-INCLUSIVE

AVAILABLE MONDAY - THURSDAY by the hour. This option is available for small events and celebrations like funerals, birthday parties, private events and the like. This option is not available for weddings.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK AT THE BARN MATSU

When you rent with us, you are getting more than just a barn - you are getting a whole experience, with a lot of details already taken care of. Here is everything that comes with your rental:

 

THE SPACE

  • Full private use of the barn and our 60+ acre property

  • Gorgeous mountain vies and outdoor ceremony location

  • A big, open indoor space for your ceremony, reception - or both if the weather acts up!

  • The barn is a heated, indoor timber frame 3,000 sq. ft. great room with flushing restrooms (includes ADA compliant handicap), and has a catering, warming kitchen for food service

  • Getting ready groom's loft with private bathroom

  • *Coming in 2026 - a spacious bridal lounge on the ground floor with direct access to ceremony location

  • Facility and parking accommodates up to 150 guests

  • Mandatory 10pm quiet hour, with 10pm to 11pm designated for tear down

TABLES & CHAIRS

  • Seating for up to 150 guests

  • 150+ black folding chairs

  • 6 - 8ft rectangular tables

  • 2 - 6ft rectangular tables

  • Fitted black table clothes for all rectangle tables

  • 20 - 5ft (60") round tables

  • 6 wine & whiskey barrels with 48" wood top, use for cocktail tables - great for mingling and decor

EXTRAS TO MAKE THINGS EASIER

  • Sound system - be your own DJ or the DJ can connect to our system

  • Warming kitchen - prep space for your caterer, with counter space and fridge

  • Private bridal suite with mirrors, 2 sinks, and comfy seating 

  • Groomsmen's lounge with a chill space to hang out, 1 sink and 1 toilette 

  • Plenty of parking for your guests

  • Clean, indoor bathrooms (because porta-potties are the worst!)

DECOR AND DETAILS

  • 6 wine and whiskey barrels you can use for decor or cocktail tables

  • 1 wooden arbor for your ceremony backdrop

  • Tables for your bar, cake, gifts, and guest book

HELP & SUPPORT

  • Our family is close by on the day of should you need us for anything! 

  • Vendors can come early to set up and have plenty of space to work

HOURLY RENTALS

For smaller private events looking for weekday events for just a few hours, we offer hourly rentals. This is ideal for birthday parties, business meetings, church meetings, retreats, seminars and more! 

Our weekday facility rental includes:

  • Exclusive use of our indoor timber frame 3,000 sqft great room in our barn, flushing bathrooms and kitchen

  • Parking onsite for up to 150 guests

  • Inquire about hourly rental rates, plus a required $250.00 cleaning fee

Please inquire with specific details about your event so we can provide a quote. Please note that hourly rates are not available for weddings

​Set up the tables and chairs that you rent from us as you would like them to be set. After your event, we will tear them down and put them away where they belong.
